Given current legislation and recommendations, the Board of the Swedish Bridge Federation had no choice but to cancel the live Bridge Festival scheduled for July 30 – August 8 2021.

However, our Flagship Tournament, the “Chairman’s Cup”, sponsored by our Honorary Chairman Mr Mats Qviberg, will be held online on RealBridge with almost an unchanged format – and with traditionally cash prizes (first prize will be approximately USD 5 800). The Chairman’s Cup will be played on RealBridge starting July 31 and we welcome foreign teams to join us!

We are of course very sorry to cancel our Bridge Festival also in the second year of the pandemic, but we are confident that we will be able to organize it live in 2022. The dates to look out for next year are July 29 – August 7 and we hope to see you all there!
